Faith In Fate

Could the future be more pleasant than the present or the past

Or will tomorrow peddle sorrows gathered by the questions asked?

Uncertainty still burdens me, though urges me to stay intact

The weight of waiting in this state has made much better men collapse

Should history so mention me between it’s page’s covered spines

Will psychiatric chiropractics practice til I lie aligned?

It’s possible, nay, plausible that all of you aren’t meant to find

The double meanings so unseeming in the passing of my time

But worry not, it’s all I’ve got, I’ll write it ‘til my fingers rot

For all of you who got me through and even those that have forgot

It’s not my place to keep the pace of wasted traits or novel thoughts

The warm embrace of faith in fate, and in my wake it’s burning hot

I’ve been working pretty constantly on recording and production so I’ve inadvertently neglected keeping you guys updated! Here’s a long awaited update on my music. This is the first track I’ve recorded for my debut album. I hope you guys enjoy it. <3

The Ease Of Neglect

I lie under impressions that put the E’s in ‘neglect’

An insomniac messenger with no sense of respect

Fresh bled, but it’s colorless and hard to detect

Unread like the messages that I never check

Underwhelmed, in a fashion that matches my dress

A tired attire that leaves most unimpressed

But the wide-eyed reciter that resides in these threads

Has a fire inside to revive words from the dead

No, not the breathless whom Hell and Heaven suspend

Tossed out instead in life’s recycling bin

More so, the focus can be found on the fence

And the ‘greener grass’ prospect it tends to present

Conceptual progress is the latest new trend

With Fairytale plot-twists from beginning to end

At any rate: Poetry, be it on-screen or print;

It’s the reader who chooses to be saved or condemned

I have this song on my iPod and when it comes up I RAWK OUT (with the obvious appendage out)

I feel so young
